From your anointed disciples hand
At the altar in your graces I stand
I stared at the host laid on my palm
With reverence I received through a psalm
By your body and blood I hold eternity
God coming as man to claim us for Thee
As I receive you in Holy Communion
Strength I feel Oh Jesus, with our union
