MAGPAPATANGAY KA NA LAMANG BA

Magpapatangay ka na lamang ba
Sa sulsol at sinasabi ng iba
Pakinggan mo ang bawat panig
Upang ang konsensiya ay di madaig

Mahal kong ginoo, galit ay iwasan
Sa gatong ng tinuring kaibigan
Puot ng dibdib huwag pagbigyan
Upang hindi magsisi kinalaunan

DIYOS NA MAHAL

Diyos na mahal, na nagbigay sa akin ng dangal
Turuan mo ang aking puso na maging banal
Wari ko ba ako ay nawalan ng puri
Sa mga alipusta na walang pasintabi

Tanging ang iyong kalinga lamang
Ang nagkupkop sa tulad kong mangmang
Na salat sa ligaya tulot ng karangyaan
Tulutan mong talikdan ko ang kasalanan

Diyos na mahal na nagbigay sa akin ng dangal
Ikaw lamang ang tanging pinakamamahal...

LORD WHAT SHALL I DO

Lord what shall I do
A man is stealing my attention from you
Coming from a voice of the past
A feeling that seems to last

Father you sent Jesus as a man
Subjected to temptation being one
With your Spirit within let my focus be set
As you purchase my soul from Eve's debt

A CANDLE IN THE DARK

One lighted candle in the dark
To guide the lost to the arc
Saving us from unspeakable fright
Keeping us company through the night

The Spirit of Jesus burning inside
To the Father's House, our guide
A candle lighted by the Father's grace
Offered for all human race...

COME HOLY SPIRIT LIGHT MY LAMP

Come Holy Spirit, light my lamp
As I start the day bearing fruit
That I may not be lured to the enemy's camp
With your gift of wisdom let me not be astute

With Fortitude that I may stand up for Jesus
Specially among people who use God's name in vain
Your seven gifts leading me to the path to choose
That for all nations... peace, unity we gain

HAVE YOU EYES BUT DO NOT SEE

Have you eyes but do not see
All the sufferings before thee
Despair under the guise of a smile
That hides their brokenness for awhile

Have you ears but do not hear
When someone says "I love you dear"
Spoken softly as he prayed
Failing to hear, farewell you bade

Have you the voice but failed to talk
With a hardened heart, away you walk
Can you not hear and see
That broken person is me...

IN WHATEVER YOU DO

In everything that you do
Do it for the Father above
That evil may not have it's way
Jesus is with you with His love

Fill your mind with the Spirit
Cast away the spell of Eve
Renew every moment your promise
As your fidelity to God you give

With your heart full of humility
Invoke the Triune God, the Trinity...

THE PATH TO THEE

I want to walk the path to thee
The path that leads to eternity
To take the road to holiness
To seek for all sins, forgiveness

Lord, give me the grace of strength
To stay within the fold at any length
No matter how much suffering I will face
Grant me the fortitude to remain in your grace

HOW DO I LOVE THEE MY GOD

How do I love Thee My God
I love thee through all the pains
Through all the good and the bad
With no unforgiveness that in my heart remains

How do I love Thee my God
Through all sorrows and joys of my soul
With all your glory that makes me awed
With all your blessings that makes me whole

AS YOU GREET ME LORD

As you greet me to your presence Lord
Flowers in bloom proclaiming your word
Different hues as my sight behold
Your spirit I feel in a tree's treshold

God proclaiming the beauty through each hue
As I stood not alone in the garden but with you
Then as I walked away greeting me in the street
Your presence everywhere through people I meet

As a bird flying caught my attention above
It perched on the wires with a multitude of dove
Many are your blessings greeting me this morning
Thanking you as through this poem I sing

WHAT WILL HEAVEN BE LIKE

What will heaven be like?
Let me describe what it is not
It is a place where there is no hate
No envy or unforgiveness in the heart

For God will be in your midst
All the feelings in you will be love
A desire to glorify Him in your soul
The Trinity reigning, eternal bliss above

I HAVE A TICKET TO HEAVEN

I have a ticket to Heaven,
Would you like to tag-along?
To dine with God in a banquet
You can pay your way with a song

It is a chance I don't want to miss
Don't you feel the same way too?
Come along and grant me my wish
To be in the company of God and you

GREET ME IN THE MORNING

Greet me in the morning like drops of dew
The light's reflection of a morning anew
As jewels shimmering worn on it's hair
The leaves of a tree like a maiden so fair

With the purity of soul from above
Mists of water so pure like a child's love
As I answer God's call for the moment
Praising His wonders for blessings sent

A TOLL GATE OF SONGS

There is a gate to happiness beyond
But first you have to pay a toll
A song to sing of which you are fond
Giving good tidings to every soul

For first you have to give and reach out
To love with all your heart and soul
A God so great and true no room for doubt
He created for everyone, in His plan a role

After loving God is loving your neighbor
How can you go wrong with God you adore?

LITTLE BUTTERFLIES

Little butterflies in the garden
You remind me of someone in Heaven
Who was once my husband on earth
Went with God after his last breath

Little butterflies dancing around
Flirting with the music without a sound
Going round in circles moving together
Are you singing to the music of forever?

WAITING FOR THE DAWN

Waiting for the dawn
For darkness to be gone
Coming to terms with grief
From my slumber so brief

Come and greet the morn
For the sun again to be born
Angels of God protecting me
From dangers setting me free

My muse inspiring me once more
To a poetry's galore
Feasting on the flow of verses
From the love this maiden nurses

DO I HAVE FAITH OH GOD

Do I have faith in you oh God?
When I seem to have lost my faith in man?
Blaming others for my tribulations
Wallowing in self pity while I can

Let others forsake me Father
Your care and love will be a recompense
Giving me strength to conquer fear
To stand up once more from thence

TREES REACHING OUT

Trees reaching out for each other
From the opposite sides of the road
A never ending quest for forever
Do they have a right my Lord?

I looked up to witness the romance
Their leaves touching each other above
A kiss entwined in endless time of chance
Leaving me to a wonderful feeling of love

Acacia trees planted on each side
Trees filtering the sun almost hid the sky
The campus road desserted as I waited for a ride
An encounter with yesteryears that refused to die
